How It Works

Hub BP (4G) communicates with Ajax detectors and devices using Jeweller and Wings radio protocols. Jeweller handles commands, alarms, and events, while Wings transmits photos and large data packets. The hub uses two micro SIM cards to maintain stable connectivity with the outside world, automatically switching between channels when needed. Photo verification is processed quickly, allowing users and monitoring stations to assess events in real time. The hub’s internal logic optimises battery usage through its advanced power saver mode, extending operational life for months.
